Payments for orders placed through the website are processed by PayPal. You may use your credit or debit card via this payment option.
You may also pay by Cheque or Bank Transfer (BACS). Please contact us if you wish to pay by either of these alternative methods.
DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER
We will aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 business days from the date the order is placed.
If you have placed your order and would like to change your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible.
FREE STANDARD DELIVERY TO UK
We are currently offering free standard delivery to UK. If you choose this option we will send your parcel by Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For. You may track your parcel’s progress and it will require a signature upon delivery.
Upon posting, your parcel should arrive within 2-3 Working Days
Prices are in GBP and do not include relevant overseas duties and other custom charges that may apply to your order. Lucy Donnell cannot be responsible for these charges and the customer must pay this on receipt of the order. In cases where goods are returned to us due to such charges not being paid, Lucy Donnell reserves the right to minus all costs incurred from the shipment.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We are confident that you will be happy with your purchase from Lucy Donnell, but if you are in any way unsatisfied with your goods, we will accept returns for refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
To return an item, please contact us.
Your refund will be made by Pay Pal or the same method used to make your purchase.
FREE STANDARD DELIVERY TO UK is only applicable per transaction. Therefore if you wish to exchange your item you will have to pay additional shipping costs.
We will only accept returns or exchange of items that are unused and returned with all original tags and packaging intact. We will not accept returns of items that show any signs of being worn or where the tags have been removed.
When sending an item back for a return or exchange it should be posted with insurance and using a fully tracked service as we cannot be responsible for any returns lost or delayed in the post. We aim to process all returns within 48 hours of reaching us and will email to confirm when this has been done. We cannot be responsible for any charges that may occur from your Pay Pal account or bank when receiving payments.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Scotland and under the jurisdiction of Scottish Courts.
